so yummy! didn't plan on stopping here, but so glad we did. the wonton soup was so good, the dumplings and bao were delish, and the fried rice was just right.

Cheap. Tasty. Fast. Dumpling Monkey is a must try is you're in Glasgow. It's where all the locals eat authentic Chinese take out. It's a small, casual eatery where you seat yourself and order at the counter. I recommend going in for their lunch specials as their prices can't be beat. Don't worry about ordering too much because you can always take the rest to go and have an amazing left over dinner. I absolutely loved their steamed dumplings. Reminded me of the pork dumplings I used to make at home with my family. Check them out if you're in the area!

Had the brisket udon noodle soup. A little salty but it was absolutely flavorful and delicious. The brisket had fat but that's totally fine for me. We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, that was good. Ordered pork and Chinese leaves potstickers, they were very flavorful. The dough was a little thick for my liking. Egg fried rice was good. Overall it was a great spot and would definitely go back the next time I'm in Glasgow!
